I've taken some time before deciding to start my own blog. I've been participating on the nets for years (and I'm talking pre-WWW). Still, I've looked on the blog phenomenon with a bit of suspicion. It's taken a while for me to get over it and come to enjoy blogs. What it took was discovering a core set of blogs that I enjoyed reading, largly authored by people I've crossed electronic paths with in the past.
Likely subjects of pontification will be:
- Evolution/Creationism (taking the pro-evo side)
- Books (big on both science and sci-fi)
- Freethought/Atheism
- Separation of Church/State
